Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We use RBS Worldpay to process all card transactions, you will be transferred to RBS Worldpay for the secure part of any transaction.
We never see or store any of your card details.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £5.00 per order.
If you ask us to include a message such as 'please leave in garage' or 'leave with neighbour if not in' on your parcel, we will include it but regret that we cannot accept liability for loss during delivery if such messages are used. |

Returns Policy We offer a 14 days,(from delivery date), no quibble return policy. If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will replace/refund the cost of the product.
Return postage is the responsibilty of the customer and we reccomend using a signed for/trackable service as we cannot accept any liability for returned items lost in transit. We regret that we cannot refund return postage costs.
Before returning any products, please contact us and we will advise you of the next step to take.

WEEE Returns.
If you’re buying a new electrical item, we will recycle your old one for free.
Please do not throw electrical equipment (including those items marked with this symbol) in your bin. This is because:
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment.
If you do not recycle electrical items they will end up in landfillwhere hazardous substances will leak out and
cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection
and environmentally friendly processing of these items.
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system whichallows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.
As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by offering all customers buying new electrical
equipment free take-back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
Unwanted Items should be returned within 28 days of purchasing your new product.
If you purchase a new item from us, you may return your old one for recycling. Postage for the returned item must be paid by you.
